Entirely Shiraz, this fruit was picked specifically for rosé.

Made in the classic style: whole bunch crushed, into the basket press, pressed and let to wild ferment in three to four year old French barriques leaving to lay in barrel for nine months.

Barrel stirred for texture and mouth feel. Light crimson copper hue in the glass. Subtle oak with savoury quince notes, berry fruits and fresh acid giving it a clean dry finish.

The Golden Ball Rosé is located in North East Victoria within the Geographical Wine Indication of the Beechworth Wine Region.

Alcohol 13.5% | Cellar/ Drinking A spring/summer wine best enjoyed early. Can cellar two years.

Due to RSA laws, liquor must be purchased with florals. Recipients must be over the age of 18.

How to care for your florals

Trim about 1 – 2 cm off the stems at a diagonal angle using sharp snips before placing them in clean water.

Some arrangements come already arranged in a vase, please ensure the vase is topped up with fresh water regularly.

Refresh the water & re-cut stems every couple of days to prevent bacteria build-up.

Keep your arrangement in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight & heaters.
